Serving Santa Clara & San Mateo Counties
We Find the Cause Before We Replace Anything
Electrical problems are symptoms. A breaker that trips is doing its job. The question is what it is protecting you from.
The same symptom can come from very different causes. A breaker that trips every evening might be an overloaded circuit, a failing appliance, or a connection that has been slowly loosening for years. Swap the breaker and the symptom goes quiet for a while, but nothing has actually changed.
So we start with diagnosis. We find the cause, tell you what we found in plain language, and give you a written scope before any repair begins. If the fix is small, you hear that too.
Turn It Off and Call Us Now If
You smell burning plastic or scorched insulation. You see sparks from an outlet, a switch, or the panel. The panel cover or a breaker is hot to the touch. An outlet or switch plate is discolored or melted. Water is reaching an outlet, a fixture, or the panel itself.
Shut off power at the main breaker if you can reach it safely, then call. We answer 24/7 and reach most Santa Clara and San Mateo County addresses the same day.
What You Get
Every electrical repair call we take includes the following:
Full-Circuit Diagnosis
We isolate the circuit involved, test it under load, and check the connections at every device on that run. Loose connections and shared neutrals cause a large share of what we see, and neither shows up if you only look at the breaker.
Thermal and Meter Testing
We measure at the panel and use thermal readings to find heat where there should not be any. That is how a failing connection gets caught before it arcs.
A Written Scope First
You get the finding in plain language and a written scope before we start the repair. No work begins on a verbal estimate.
Same-Visit Repair Where Possible
Most repairs are finished on the first visit, as long as parts and access allow. Anything that has to be ordered gets a date, not a maybe.
Permits Where Required
New circuits, panel work, and changes to the wiring layout are permitted. We tell you which category your job falls into before we start and handle the filing.
1-Year Labor Warranty
Electrical repair and installation labor is covered for 1 year. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer’s coverage, up to 10 years depending on the component. All of it in writing.
What We Fix
Small jobs count. One dead outlet, one switch that sparks, one fixture that will not stay on. We take those calls and we do not ask you to bundle them into something bigger.
Breakers and Panels
Breakers that trip repeatedly or only when one appliance runs. Panels that buzz, hum, or feel warm. Breakers that will not reset.
Outlets, Switches, and Lighting
Dead outlets and switches. GFCI outlets that will not hold. Lights that flicker or dim. Fixtures that fail intermittently.
Wiring and Circuits
Burning smells with no visible source. Half the house losing power. Connections overheating on older wiring. Outdoor outlets and fixtures that fail after rain.
What a Heat Pump Actually Costs After Incentives
The gross cost of a heat pump installation is only part of the picture. Bay Area homeowners have access to three stacking incentive programs that significantly reduce out-of-pocket cost.
We identify which programs apply to your project, ensure the installation meets all rebate program requirements, and handle the documentation. Most contractors don’t touch the paperwork – we do.
Sample Сalculation
San Jose homeowner, heat pump installation, standard income:
SVCE
$2,500
CA Energy-Smart Homes
$5,750
Net savings
$8,250
Rebate availability changes quickly and is often first-come, first-served or waitlisted. We calculate your exact eligibility and current stacking options as part of the free estimate – no guesswork, no surprises.
Not Sure Whether It Can Wait?
Describe what you are seeing and we will tell you whether it needs someone tonight or whether it can hold until tomorrow. That call costs you nothing either way.
How a Service Call Runs
Step 1
You Describe the Symptom
What you are seeing, when it started, and what makes it happen. That shapes what we bring with us.
Step 2
Diagnosis On Site
We work backward from the symptom through the circuit until we find the cause, then explain it in plain language.
Step 3
Written Scope
You see what needs doing and approve it before we proceed.
Step 4
Repair and Verification
The repair is completed and tested under load. Where a permit and inspection apply, we schedule and meet them.
Why Bay Area Homeowners Call Us
In-House Electricians, Not Subcontractors
The person who diagnoses the problem is accountable for the fix. Nothing gets handed to an after-hours crew you have never met.
HVAC Experience in Local Houses
We work on heating and cooling equipment in these houses, so we know how a system loads a panel over time. That helps when the problem only shows up while the AC or the heat is running.
Fixes That Outlast the Service Call
Sometimes the honest answer is that a repair will not hold. If your panel is at the end of its life, the fix is panel replacement. If the wiring is failing across the house, it is rewiring. We would rather lose a repair ticket than close one that comes back in a month.

Got a full heat pump system installed last month and honestly couldn't be happier with how the whole process went. From the first visit to final inspection, the team was organized and clearly knew what they were doing. What I didn't expect was how much help they gave me with the rebate programs - I had no idea how much money was available until Konstantin walked me through everything. They handled all the paperwork on their end, and my out-of-pocket ended up being significantly less than the initial quote. The system has been running quietly and efficiently since day one. Highly recommend to anyone in San Jose thinking about making the switch.Posted on Google![]()

AC stopped working on a Friday afternoon. Called Ozone, they came out the same day, found the issue fast, and had everything running before dinner. No drama, fair price. Thanks guys.Posted on Google![]()

Had a great meeting with Konstantin who explained "AC + furnace" vs heat pump, options, decision points. He presented impartially many technical and practical details and considerations that I find critical in making the right choices. Update: The heat pump installation was completed on time with no hiccups. Aleksander, the lead installer, was great in both the technical side but also explaining to me some very important details of the job and the future use. Definitely recommend them!Posted on Google![]()

We needed a completely new HVAC system installed, and we had a great experience working with this team. I’ll admit I’m pretty picky and detail-oriented when it comes to work being done on our house, especially during a major renovation, so I don’t give praise lightly. That’s part of why I wanted to write this review. Konstantine took the time to explain the product options and installation process very clearly, which made us feel confident from the beginning. He was always responsive and easy to reach — whenever we had questions or concerns, he picked up the phone, understood our situation, and worked hard with us to solve problems in a thoughtful and kind way. That level of care meant a lot to us. Since we’re doing a full house renovation, we later needed to relocate some HVAC vents and return locations that had already been installed. Even though this meant coming back to our house multiple times, they were incredibly kind and accommodating about making those changes for us. Special thanks to Alex for going above and beyond — we really appreciated his patience and help, especially since they had to come back more than three times for us. The whole team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Even as someone who is pretty particular, I was very pleased with their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service.Posted on Google![]()

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my breaker keep tripping even after I reset it?
Because it is detecting a real problem each time. That is usually too much load on the circuit, a short somewhere in the wiring, or a failing appliance pulling more current than it should. A breaker that trips repeatedly should never be replaced with a larger one, which is the most common dangerous shortcut we find.
Is a warm or buzzing electrical panel dangerous?
It is, and it should be looked at right away. Heat and noise at a panel usually mean a loose connection or a breaker that is failing to seat properly. Both can arc. Call us before it becomes a fire.
Half my house has power and half does not. Is that my problem or the utility's?
Nearly always yours. A whole-house outage is the utility. Losing half the house points to one of the two legs feeding your panel, which is a problem at the main breaker, the service connection, or the panel itself. Call quickly, because that condition can damage appliances that are still running.
Why do my lights dim when the air conditioner or heat pump starts?
A brief dip when a large motor starts is normal. A noticeable dim that lasts, or that happens throughout the house, points to an undersized circuit, a loose service connection, or a panel running near capacity. It is worth a look either way.
My house has aluminum wiring. Is that something you repair?
We repair the connections, which is where aluminum wiring actually fails. Properly treating the terminations at outlets, switches, and the panel resolves most of it without opening walls. If the wiring is failing throughout the house, that becomes a rewiring project, and we will tell you which one you are looking at.
Do small electrical repairs require a permit?
Some do and some do not. Replacing a device like an outlet or a switch generally does not. New circuits, panel work, and anything that changes the wiring layout generally does. We tell you which category your job falls into before we start.
Can you come out at night or on a weekend?
Yes, we can. We answer 24/7 and dispatch same day in most cases across Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. For anything involving smoke, sparks, or heat at the panel, call immediately rather than waiting for business hours.
Do you work on older homes with knob-and-tube wiring?
We do, carefully. Knob-and-tube is still present in some older Bay Area homes, and it cannot simply be extended or buried under insulation. We assess what is still live, what has already been replaced, and what has to be dealt with before anything new is added to that circuit.
