Does a heat pump provide enough heat for the Bay Area climate?

Should I repair my heating system or replace it?

That coverage can extend up to 12 years if you stay on annual maintenance from the fourth year onward, and we cover the first two of those visits, in years four and five, at no charge. Extended labor coverage also depends on the equipment warranty behind it. The equipment itself is covered by its manufacturer for up to 12 years depending on the brand. Repairs carry a one-year warranty on our work. Whatever applies to your project is written into your estimate before you approve anything.
